At PawsnHeart, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
